I'll review your decisions, contracts, and what you've done {or not} so far, so I can address any red flags. Then keeping your budget, guest count, and preferences in mind, I'll make recommendations and determine your next steps with a list of monthly action steps that work best for your communication style and schedule.

One month before your day, we'll meet to finalize all the details. And I'll join each one of your pre-wedding vendor calls to make sure everyone is on the same page. Then, combining all of your decisions, details, and logistics, I'll create a comprehensive timeline to communicate the plan and the schedule to everyone involved.

Our wedding day was a logistical masterpiece due to Sarah’s planning, organization, support, staff, attitude and coordination with all vendors
My team and I will arrive within an hour of when hair and makeup begin and remain until everything has been packed up and your guests leave. As the primary contact, we'll oversee all the moving parts, orchestrate the day, and keep things on (or ahead of!) of our meticulous schedule. Your one job? Get married, have FUN, and celebrate!
